شكراً لتسوّقك من ويل بي (Well B). بنلتزم بتوصيل منتجاتك بأمان وبأسرع وقت ممكن. من فضلك اقرا شروط الشحن بتاعتنا بالتفصيل.

1. مواعيد التجهيز والتوصيل

• •تجهيز الطلب: كل الطلبات بتتجهز وتتحضّر للشحن خلال 24 لـ 48 ساعة (ما عدا الإجازات والعطلات الرسمية).
• •مدة التوصيل: بعد الشحن، التوصيل عادةً بياخد من يوم لـ 3 أيام عمل حسب موقعك داخل مصر.
• •المتابعة: هتوصلك رسالة أو إيميل تأكيد بتحديثات التوصيل أول ما الطلب يتشحن.

2. أسعار الشحن

• •مصاريف الشحن بتتحسب عند إتمام الطلب وبتختلف حسب مدينتك أو محافظتك.
• •🚚 شحن مجاني: أي طلب قيمته 650 ج.م أو أكتر بيحصل على شحن مجاني تلقائياً، وكمان في عروض كمية عليها شحن مجاني موضّح على صفحة المنتج.

3. مناطق التوصيل

• •بنشحن حالياً لكل المدن والمحافظات الرئيسية في مصر.
• •اتأكد إن عنوان التوصيل ورقم التليفون والمدينة مكتوبين صح عشان نتجنب أي تأخير.

4. ملاحظات مهمة عن التوصيل

• •الإلغاء والتعديل: لو محتاج تغيّر عنوان التوصيل أو تلغي الطلب، كلّم خدمة العملاء فوراً. بعد ما الطلب يتسلّم لشركة الشحن ممكن التعديل ميبقاش متاح.
• •محاولات التوصيل الفاشلة: شركة الشحن هتحاول تتواصل معاك لحد 3 مرات. لو مقدرناش نوصلك، الطلب ممكن يرجع للمخزن وممكن تتطبق رسوم إعادة جدولة.

1. Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and official holidays).

Delivery Timeframe: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location within Egypt.

Tracking: You will receive a confirmation message or email with delivery updates as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on your city or governorate.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping promotions on qualified orders or when specific cart milestones are reached (as advertised on our store).

3. Delivery Areas

• We currently provide shipping to all major cities and governorates across Egypt.
• Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and city details are accurate at checkout to prevent any logistical delays.

4. Important Delivery Notes

Cancellations & Modifications: If you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order, please contact our customer support immediately. Once an order is handed over to the courier, modifications may not be possible.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt to contact you up to 3 times to deliver your package. If you are unreachable, the order may be returned to our warehouse, and a rescheduling fee may apply.
